Future Development

As a Trust Port we continually use our profits to improve our facilities. We also have long-term plans to develop land of around Inverness Marina and out to and just beyond the Kessock Bridge, known as Harbour Gait. With unrivalled views up and down the Firth the area offers a significant opportunity for development into a stunning gateway to the Highlands.
