The Port of Inverness was delighted to welcome the RGCS Resolute this week. The ship arrived on Monday 10 June from Stromness.
The majority of the 146 passengers on board came ashore to play golf at either Royal Dornoch or Castle Stuart. She departed later the same day bound for Aberdeen. Port Chief Executive Sinclair Browne commented, “We were delighted to welcome the Resolute to Inverness and all passengers seemed to thoroughly enjoy their visit to the Highland Capital.”
The vessel, which was launched in 1993, is 123 metres in length with a gross tonnage of 8378.
