Kessock Bridge  -   Charted Air Draught restored 

BEAR SCOTLAND have intimated the completion of all works in the navigational span of the Kessock Bridge

The full charted Air Draught clearance of 29.0m (above MHWS), has been restored.

Notice to Mariners No.4 of 2016     (13th July.)

Dredging Operations

Wyre Marine have commenced commercial dredging operations within the River Ness and the approaches to the Port.

These works will continue for an eight week period (approx).

The ADMIRAL DAY & the DOON HAMMER are the two vessels engaged in this work and are displaying the appropriate shapes/lights.

Both are keeping a listening watch on VHF channels 12 & 74.

Disposal of dredged material is being carried out mid channel at the Spoil ground just west of the two Kessock slipways.

Mariners are advised to give these vessels a wide berth and to maintain a listening watch on VHF Ch12.
